Delivery Policy
RIG Technology delivers goods to the majority of destinations within the United
Kingdom. We cannot deliver to any address without a postcode.
If we have the products in stock we will dispatch the following working day at
the latest and aim to deliver within 3 working days. Sometimes, we will not
hold stock of the product and where this is the case delivery may take longer;
the website will advise you of expected delivery times. If, for reasons beyond
our control, we cannot meet the published delivery times we will inform you.
Currently we do not accept online orders for delivery to addresses outside of
the United Kingdom. However your order will be emailed to us and we will
contact you to discuss shipping and payment.
How much does it cost?
Delivery is free to mainland UK for orders with a value above GBP £500.00. For
orders with a value below GBP £500.00, delivery is charged at GBP 7.50 for our
standard service.
Delivery Details
Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot be liable for any losses arising
from an order being delayed as delivery timing is outside of our control. We
will ensure we keep you up to date with consignment tracking information. If
the delivery timing is critical, please contact our sales team on sales@rigsystems.co.uk
before placing an order.
It is your responsibility to ensure there is someone available at the delivery
address to sign for the product. Our courier will not leave any parcels at
unattended locations. If you share premises with other companies, please ensure
you make the correct delivery details clear when you place the order.
International Orders
Due to the increase in international fraud we do not accept online orders for
overseas transactions, instead your shopping basket will be emailed to us so we
can process manually. From this we will send you an international invoice with
the freight charge alongside details of payment. Once the payment has cleared
and you have confirmed your delivery details we will dispatch your goods and
notify you that this is the case.
Customs
Goods ordered from RIG Systems which are delivered overseas may be subject to
duties and import taxes levied by the local customs authorities. These costs
are to be borne by the customer and it is your responsibility, as the importer,
to contact the local authorities for proper information in order to comply with
any relevant legislation and pay respective import fees.
