Contract
When you place an order with RIG Technology part of RIG Systems Ltd we will send
you an e-mail confirming receipt of the order and the details of what you have

by us when we send an e-mail confirmation to you that the product has been
despatched to you.

recommend using a recorded-delivery service. You will be responsible for the
cost of returning the items to us. As soon as we receive notice of your
cancellation, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that
product and the part cost of sending that product to you (standard postage
charge only) in the same form of payment as your original order. We will notify
you by email when we have done this.
If you are unhappy with the product(s) for any reason you can return it to us

will charge the lower price and contact you about this. If the correct price is
higher than the published price we may contact you to agree on how to progress
the order.

sale or reduce the volume of the equipment ordered by you if it is prevented
from or delayed in the carrying on of its business due to circumstances beyond
our reasonable control. These include acts of God, governmental actions, war or
national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riot, civil commotion, fire,
explosion, flood, epidemic, lock-outs, labour disputes or delays affecting
